TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

A DEPOSIT, equivalent to one nights stay, is required to secure your booking.

PAYMENT may be made, at the time of booking, by credit/debit card.

BALANCE of payment is due on arrival, preferably by credit/debit card.

For ‘close date’ bookings, the full amount is payable at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel, or shorten your stay, and we are unable to re-let the rooms, you will be liable to meet the full cost of the whole of the original booking.

REFUNDS will be made by same method as original payment.

A £5.00 administration fee will be charged.

• We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

ARRIVAL time: from 5.00 PM, unless alternative arrangements have been previously agreed.

DEPARTURE time: please vacate your room by 10.00 AM

KEYS

A £20.00 cash deposit is required for the house keys.

SMOKERS PLEASE NOTE!

We are unable to take smokers under any circumstances. Anyone who is a smoker will be asked to leave immediately.
